This register is generated directly from the evidence cards used to decide whether an answer can be published.
What counts as primary evidence
Developer and publisher patch notes, announcements, guides and documentation are the first tier. When they do not settle a claim, the methodology requires qualifying public corroboration. Only sources that readers can open and check are used here.
If a source disappears or changes, the affected claim is rechecked against another public original. An answer that no longer clears the publishing gate returns to draft until its evidence is restored; a substantive published change is added to the correction log.
